shipping & returns

ORDERS & RETURNS

Orders are processed within 2-3 days, excluding holidays & weekends. Once processed your order will be delivered within 2-6 business days depending on your shipping address and selected shipping service. We will send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

SHIPPING

$8 flat rate for ground USPS, $12 flat rate for priority mail USPS, and free domestic ground shipping on orders over $175.

RETURNS

We accept returns of all unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the items. Please email pearl@pearlbrandlosangeles.com with your return request. Please provide us with your order number and items you wish to return and reason why. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank account it can take 4-6 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
